Job Description / Responsibility
- Attending inbound and outbound customer calls
- Giving customer service over the phone
- Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
- To provide product information to the customer
- Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
- To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
- Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
- Being able to work in shift & willing to work in Govt. holidays
- Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
- Must have to multiple tasking ability
- Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
- As per company policy
